I sell into healthcare. Then I go build the software.

Eighteen years selling into New York healthcare — orthopedics, podiatry, the operating room. In the last eight months I shipped seven sites and run every one of them on infrastructure I manage myself. One is taking payments today. Three more are being prepped to monetize.

The Combination

Most candidates have one of these. I have both.

AI companies keep hiring sellers who need an engineer on the call to answer every technical question — or engineers who have never sold anything in their lives, suddenly thrust into having to sell AI. The hard part is finding someone who can sit with a surgeon at 7am and ship a working product that same night.

01

The Network

Eighteen years of relationships across New York healthcare — surgeons, materials management, hospital buyers, perioperative staff, ASCs, specialty groups, and the referral chain that feeds them. Not a cold list. People who take my call, and buy.

02

The Build

Six live products in production. Django and Python on infrastructure I run myself — Stripe billing, PDF generation, LLM APIs, scraping pipelines, and a full call center built on SignalWire. Shipped and serving customers, not prototyped.

03

The Clinical Fluency

Hundreds of hours in the operating room, watching and advising surgeons mid-procedure. I can hold a real conversation about how new blood vessels form under slow, controlled bone distraction — or about OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards — because I've written the clinical content on both.

04

The Sales Craft

Before medical, more than ten years selling stock on Wall Street — cold phones, no warm leads. That's where the fundamentals came from, and they've carried through 18 years of medical device sales since. I know how to generate revenue for companies.

Six products, live in production

Every one of these is running right now. I built them with AI — designed the product, set the pricing, provisioned the servers, and handle the customers myself. Two are revenue-generating businesses, one is about to become one, and the clinical resources reach patients and surgeons directly.

Healthcare compliance credentialing and certification platform. 27+ courses mapped to exact regulatory standards — HIPAA, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030, CPR, food safety. Tiered subscription billing, automated certificate generation, live paying customers.

PayTheDebtCoin

Launching Soon

A project outside healthcare entirely, launching soon. It's here because the honest through-line of my work isn't a single vertical — it's that when something interests me, I learn the domain and build the thing.

How they're built — and I'll be straight about this. Django and Python on Ubuntu VPS infrastructure — Nginx, Gunicorn, Stripe, WeasyPrint for PDFs, LLM APIs, and a call center on SignalWire. I build all of it with AI. I provision the servers with AI, write the code with AI, debug with AI, and go into the files myself when something needs fixing.

I'm not going to tell you I'm a software engineer, because I'm not one. What I am is someone who has spent years doing the exact thing most companies are still trying to figure out — using AI to ship real products that real customers pay for. I know where it saves you weeks and where it quietly wastes them, because I've hit both.

Background

From the trading floor to the operating room

I started on Wall Street, selling stock for over ten years — cold phones, no warm leads. Then 18 years selling orthopedic and podiatric devices across the New York metro: in the OR at 6:30am, in front of surgeons who have no patience for anyone who hasn't done the reading, with deals that go through materials management and a capital committee rather than a credit card.

What that adds up to is straightforward: I know how to generate revenue for companies. I've always been keenly aware that a salesperson isn't a cost center — the job is to be a profit center, and to be able to show the numbers that prove it.

A few years ago I stopped waiting for software to exist and started building it with AI. That became Prestige Worldwide AI, Inc. and the products above. What I'd like now is to be part of something special — a company doing serious work with AI, where I can bring in revenue and build at the same time.

Healthcare is where my relationships are and where I can produce fastest. But I'm an entrepreneur who sells and builds with AI, and I'd rather be judged on that than on a single vertical.

What I Bring

Being direct about it

I'd rather save us both a screening call. Here's what I'm good for, and what I'd actually be like to have around.

Hire me for

  • Selling AI — in healthcare, where I have 18 years of relationships, or anywhere the product is good
  • Building with AI. Give me the tools and I'll prototype, ship, and iterate on real products
  • FDA-cleared clinical AI, where the sale works the way device sales work — clinical champion, service line, capital committee
  • Zero-to-one roles where there's no playbook yet and somebody has to make the first calls
  • Any deal where credibility with a surgeon decides the outcome
  • Demoing a product without needing to bring an engineer along

What I'd be like to work with

  • A seasoned veteran who stays focused on revenue. The basic blocking and tackling, done consistently, without needing to be asked
  • Out-of-the-box thinking on top of it. Eighteen years of watching what works, plus the instinct to build the thing instead of waiting for it
  • Someone who makes the office a better place to be. Positivity and energy, every single day — that's not a line, it's how I work
  • Straight with you about what I don't know, and quick to go learn it

I'd like to be part of something special

If you're building or selling AI and you need someone who can get into the room, hold the technical conversation once they're there, and go build the thing afterward — I'd like to hear about it.

Call or text — I answer my own phone.
